Lottie's Personal Training is anything but conventional. Personal Training is exactly that, personal, thus it is completely dependent upon not only what the individual needs but also what an individual desires. To make someone who hates functional gym work perform gym work with no variety will simply result in boredom, a dreading of exercise and eventually a no show. Instead, Lottie works in depth with her clients to make sure not only is the session beneficial but it is fun, engaging and something they look forward to attending.
Lottie continuously upskills to ensure she is bringing the latest to her workouts and has recently travelled to New York to workout with Anna Keiser, Celebrity Trainer to Kelly Ripa and Sarah Jessica Parker to bring back the killer overball workouts to England. She is also teaching Barre to get that ballet burn.

Barre is one of the best ways to sculpt the body and deliver long lasting results. Drawing on elements of ballet, this is a workout that really delivers and will make every muscle shake and burn. Suitable for all, with no prior experience of ballet required. After a short cardio warm up the rest of the class is spent on toning, toning and more toning... leave the studio with a dancers physique!
Lottie is also a qualified Babies at the Barre TM Instructor and will be the first instructor in the UK to offer this exciting new workout to mummy's and their newborns. A baby wearing 'mummy and me' style workout. Exercises focus on rebuilding strength in the abdominals and pelvic floor as well as increasing flexibility, and toning arms, core, calves and bums all while bonding with baby.
