On Tuesday 17th November, on a grim and dreary evening, fifteen feisty ladies got their vogue down to super cool and grungy Fiddle & Fiddle, to their gothic Barn room. The Barn had been transformed into a UV, flashing lights, all out there Madonna bonanza with smoothie shots on arrival provided by the legendary Boston Tea Party.
Pilates Mad, kindly provided every participant with their hugely popular Toe Sox. These creations are taking the fitness world by storm as the more you wear Toe Sox the more exercise your toes get, helping to improve the shape of your foot and reconnecting you with your feet. Pilates Mad have allowed me to sell their Toe Sox at the amazing price of £5, so if you would like a pair for Christmas do get in touch!?
I am privileged enough to be working with this amazing company, recently involved in a photoshoot for their latest Pilates Reformers. As well as teaching their staff on their Reformers and demonstrating how fabulously effective these machines truly are. It really is an utter pleasure to support a company that is local to the Cotswolds, based in Evesham, and the level of care and detail that goes into their products is really inspiring.
UV paints were ready for people to paint themselves up a treat, and with the smoothie shots downed it was time to "strike a pose". What followed was a light hearted Vogue and Pilates inspired workout set to old school Madonna. We worked it, we strutted, we vogued (and I do believe I heard some cheeky singing too)!
After the workout the fantabulous Faye Sanders of Misc_Muffins gave a brief talk on her yumtastic muffins, highlighting the nutritional benefits and leaving people edging in to grab them.... They were gone within seconds! Her blog is proving extremely popular so do give it a well deserved read when you have the time and follow Faye for more inspiring recipes, as well other highly recommended tips. https://miscmuffins.wordpress.com.
Boston Tea Party also literally outdid themselves with their array of beautiful salads, sweet corn fritters and the naughty but oh so ridiculously nice gluten free Brownies and Hayley Hippy Nut Bars. The Cheltenham branch are blessed with the nicest staff and a hugely dedicated chef who works total miracles! They also provided discount flyers for the revellers which were packed away into the goody bags everyone had to take away for the windy ride home.
THANKYOU to all those who attended from the bottom of my heart, I was struggling with an infection and you guys just utterly mailed it and made me just adore you all... I went home absolute buzzing, and ABSOLUTELY COVERED in glow paint.
There will be more events like this coming up, so if you would like to register your interest just drop me an email on email@example.com.
